Location: Newton Falls
Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning in Newton Falls, OH was established in 1934 and has proudly been serving the area for 91 years.
We are a growing company with a vision and we are currently accepting applications for HVAC installers, technicians and sheet metal fabricators.
Qualifications and Requirements- Minimum 1–3 years of hands‑on experience.
- Experience with forced air heating and cooling systems, boilers, geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, water tanks, and rooftop units.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with dispatch software.
- It is imperative that candidates be punctual and professional.
- 8am‑4:30pm Monday‑Friday schedule with minimal on‑call.
- Installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Ductwork installation and fabrication.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Up to $40/hour based on experience and skill set.
- Paid holidays.
- Health insurance fully paid by employer.
- Two weeks paid vacation after probationary period.
- $2,500–$10,000 sign‑on bonus based on experience, after satisfactory probationary period.
- Company vehicle after probationary period.
