In this role, you?ll work on various projects, from installing carpets and hardwood floors to performing essential tasks alongside our skilled technicians. • Assist lead installers in preparing work sites, organizing materials, and cleaning up job sites.
• Learn and support installation of various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate.
• Help with equipment maintenance and setup.
• Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Driver?s License:
  Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
• Physical Stamina:
  This role involves bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of detail in all work.
• Team-Oriented:
