Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Utilize the latest tools, technology, and service information to deliver accurate and efficient results.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Specialists to ensure seamless service for internal and external customers.
  • Document all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up to date on GM certifications, training, and evolving technologies.
  • Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • ASE Certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of Service Technician experience required.
  • A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mentality.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
