Field Service Technician

Xerox is seeking a Field Service Technician focused on high-production printing and multifunction equipment. In this role, you will provide preventive and corrective maintenance, support equipment performance, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in electronics, mechanical systems, networking, and computer systems.

· Safeguard company assets, including parts, tools, and equipment

· Technical degree completed or Engineering degree preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar service position supporting production print equipment

· Technical English proficiency

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, networking, and computer systems

· Strong analytical and customer service skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
