Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Winesburg, OH, 44690. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
Perform repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, pnuematics, hydraulics, mill and lathe a plus Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
