At Bonsky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in helping customers, solving problems, and doing things the right way.
If you're the technician customers ask for by name, enjoy diagnosing challenging issues, and believe great customer service is just as important as technical skill, we'd love to talk to you.
What You'll Do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Perform maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Document findings and recommendations accurately
- Follow company service processes and procedures
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

We're looking for a technician who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and taking ownership of every call.
You're Our Person If You:Have 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Can confidently service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
Know how to explain technical issues in a way homeowners understand
Take pride in doing things the right way the first time
Can follow structured service processes and company standards
Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bonus Points If You Have:EPA Universal Certification
NATE Certification
Service Titan experience
Experience presenting repair and replacement options
Experience with memberships and customer retention
