We're looking for an experienced Roofing Repairs Crew Leader who understands how to diagnose and repair roofing issues properly and who takes pride in professional, customer-focused work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage roof repair projects from start to finish
• Diagnose leaks and roofing issues accurately and recommend proper repairs
• Ensure repairs are done correctly, safely, and to high workmanship standards
• Perform and oversee repairs on shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots, and minor structural issues
• Lead, train, and support crew members on the job site
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
