Blue Scope Steel - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and routine mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on plant and mobile equipment;
Inspect, maintain, replace, and align bearings, rollers, belts, pulleys, and related components on conveyor systems and processing equipment;
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment including loaders, shears, grapples, skid steers, forklifts, tractor/trailers, shredders, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and PLC-controlled equipment;
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repair, including reading electrical meters, testing voltage, continuity, and amperage on 120-volt systems;
Document maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or work order system
