Starting Pay: 30.80- 37.22 hourly- up to 44.67 if qualified/ experience.
Shift: Monday
- Friday, 3rd shift: 11 PM-7 AM. Overtime as needed.
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support daily plant operations. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a trades background or recent technical school graduates. Positive, eager to learn, and ready to grow in their career.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
. - Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with fabrication, welding, motors, conveyors, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Maintain safe work practices and follow all plant safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience or training in mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, or related maintenance trades is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment drawings.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and following established procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Capable of frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
