We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Repairs Crew Leader who understands how to diagnose and repair roofing issues properly and who takes pride in professional, customer‑focused work.

• Lead and manage roof repair projects from start to finish
• Diagnose leaks and roofing issues accurately and recommend proper repairs
• Ensure repairs are done correctly, safely, and to high workmanship standards
• Perform and oversee repairs on shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots, and minor structural issues
• Lead, train, and support crew members on the job site
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

• Proven experience with roof repairs (shingle, flashing, leak detection, etc.)
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills on site
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfort working safely at heights
• Experienced roofing professional who knows repairs—not just replacements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 per year plus bonuses and supplemental pay.
