We’re looking for an experienced Siding Crew Leader who knows how to get the job done right—and knows how to treat customers and teammates with professionalism and respect.

• Lead and manage siding installations from start to finish.
• Ensure siding is installed correctly, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Read plans, follow specs, and catch issues before they become problems.
• Train and guide crew members to maintain consistent workmanship.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.

• Experienced siding installer who takes pride in doing things the right way.
• Friendly, respectful, and professional with customers and coworkers.
• Loves leading a crew but maybe tired of running own business.
• Wants steady work, support, and less back‑office stress while still being a leader.
• Has a trusted crew or team to bring with you is a plus.

• Proven experience installing siding (vinyl, LP, fiber cement, etc.).
• Leadership experience on job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Focus on leading and building—not chasing invoices or permits.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:
Up to $60,000.00 + per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
Tips, Bonuses

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
