Hitch Service Technician

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience

The role offers a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program.

The work involves moderate risks including exposure to moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. Protective clothing and gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or safety shields may be required.

Work requires some physical exertion, long periods both indoors and outdoors, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted).
