This is a full‑time, on‑site Concrete Worker role based in Kalida, OH. The Concrete Worker will assist with all stages of concrete construction, including site preparation, setting up forms, placing reinforcement, pouring ready‑mix concrete, and performing finishing and flatwork tasks for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include operating or assisting with heavy equipment as needed, maintaining tools and job‑site cleanliness, and following safety procedures and company standards.

The role may also involve basic carpentry tasks, collaboration with crew members, and supporting supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality specifications. Daily work is hands‑on, outdoors, and may require varying start times depending on project schedules and weather conditions. 40+ hours a week with overtime after 40 hours. Pay range based off experience.

• Concrete construction skills in formwork and flatwork, including setting forms, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Experience or familiarity with heavy equipment used in excavating and concrete work (e.g., skid steers, loaders, compactors), or willingness to learn.
• Basic carpentry skills for framing, layout, and related tasks in residential and commercial construction.
• Strong commitment to safety, ability to follow instructions, and attention to detail in workmanship.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and teamwork, with good communication skills on job sites.
• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation strongly beneficial.
