Mancan - [Maintenance Technician] As a Shop Helper at Mancan, you'll:
Disassemble rigging equipment safely and efficiently, following company protocols;
Clean, sand, and prepare equipment surfaces to ensure optimal paint adherence;
Apply paint and finishes to rigging equipment, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to safety standards;
Assist with various tasks around the shop, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, operating tools, forklift, and machinery, and supporting team members as needed;
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
