Part time (30 hours a week) Flexible schedule
The Dealership Maintenance person is responsible for the maintenance and organization of the garage facility, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are in optimal working condition. This role is crucial in supporting the operational efficiency of the organization by managing vehicle inspections, repairs, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
Perform minor repairs and coordinate with mechanics for major repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Organize and manage the inventory of tools, parts, and supplies within the garage.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the garage environment.
Assist in scheduling and dispatching vehicles for various operational needs.
Collaborate with other departments to meet transportation and equipment requirements.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.

Required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Required
Skills and Abilities:
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Proficiency in using computer-based diagnostic tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when necessary.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
