Location: Brookville, OH

Compensation: $25.00 per hour and up, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | 40+ hours per week | Monday through Friday | Optional 4-day/10-hour schedule | Overtime available

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• HVAC technical school completion certificate
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities
• NATE certification preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Assist with training and development of other technicians
