MPW Industrial Services is Hiring Experienced Diesel Mechanics
Fairfield, OH | Hebron, OH

- Company-paid training
Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience and location.
Paid Time Off (PTO)- Vacation – Begins accruing on day 1, up to 80 hours per year; up to 40 unused hours may roll over (must be used by April 30)
- Personal Time Off (PTO) – 24 hours annually for personal needs, appointments, etc.; 2 floating holidays
- Clean, well‑maintained, and fully equipped facility
- All necessary tools and diagnostic equipment provided
- Professional, team‑oriented environment
- Strong leadership presence with support for skill development and career growth
- Culture centered on accountability, respect, and operational excellence
- High school education or technical school preferred
- At least 3 years of diesel shop experience, including technical school
- Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment
- Knowledge of basic hand tools for general equipment repair
- Equipment systems experience a plus
