We're looking for a skilled Roofing Repair Technician to help us continue delivering top‑tier service to our residential and commercial clients.

• Inspect and assess roofing damage on a variety of roofing systems
• Perform repairs for leaks, missing shingles, flashing issues, and storm damage; repair some siding and do trim coil work
• Know how to flash a chimney properly and how to use a brake
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Communicate with clients and team leads about repair needs and progress
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• 5+ years of roofing repair experience required (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable with heights and physical labor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification a plus (but not required)

• Competitive hourly wage $20‑27 + overtime opportunities (depending on experience)
