Do you get a kick out of diagnosing problems, discovering leaks, and putting together the best fixes for people’s roofing needs? Chimney flashings, pipe boots, small areas of shingles, flashing detail, etc.

If you are tired of breaking your back and want to be the guy who diagnoses and restores bad areas of a roof instead of doing the large full replacements, then we need to talk.

We are looking for a self‑starter who can solve problems, communicate with customers, and work safely on the job site.

• Diagnose and repair roofs, including inspecting for leaks, torn shingles, and other minor issues.
• Perform roofing repairs: inspect and repair minor issues including leaks, torn shingles, and small patches.
• Follow all safety procedures (OSHA, company guidelines) and use personal protective equipment properly.
• Maintain worksite cleanliness by keeping the job area free of debris and storing tools and materials safely.
• Document and communicate with team and customers.

• Great attitude and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Experience in roofing, including penetrations, flashings, and related work.
• Good driving record.

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Pay:
  From $25 – $35 per hour + time and a half
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, Saturday as needed, flexible
• Experience:
  
  Roofing – 3 years preferred
