- +$1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Overtime and weekends as needed

Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping our production and processing equipment running smoothly. This role supports E‑Coat, Dip Spin, and Zinc Plating systems by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on all equipment, including forklifts
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintain and support:
- Robotics and automated systems
- Motors, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes
- Sensors, wiring, and control systems
- Assist with PLC‑related troubleshooting (as applicable)
- Perform regular tank maintenance and inspections
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement solutions
- Support process improvements and equipment reliability initiatives
- Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, and confined space protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of electro‑mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with coating or plating systems is a plus
- Working knowledge of:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems
- Basic PLC or automation concepts (preferred)
- Forklift experience required (1+ year)
- Computer literacy and ability to complete maintenance documentation
- Understanding of safety practices (LOTO, confined space)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance record
- Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Strong electro‑mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Problem‑solving and root cause analysis
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Time management and prioritization
- Stand for extended periods (up to 100% of shift)
- Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs.; occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, climb, twist, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift overhead
