Entry Level Maintenance Technician

This role offers an opportunity for an entry-level to mid-level maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment in a metal stamping environment. You will focus on roll forming equipment and stamping presses, performing both preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, while supporting general facility upkeep and adhering to all safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, with a focus on roll forming equipment and stamping presses.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and auxiliary components.
• Diagnose equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical problems to minimize downtime.
• Design and fabricate assigned projects, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Carry out general facility and property maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing trash, sweeping, placing scrap metal in designated containers, and returning tools to proper locations.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to support efficient operations.
• Work scheduled overtime when required to support production and maintenance needs.
• Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned.

This is a permanent position based out of Archbold, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
