Installation Technician, Construction Labor / Trades, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
General Construction Laborer installs the overall exterior structure of the project, including siding, roofing, doors, cable tray, busbar, and electrical gear.
ShiftMonday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (overtime as needed) or Monday–Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:30 am.

- Independently construct and align complex structural frameworks and trusses.
- Install siding and exterior panel products on E‑houses and skids with minimal oversight.
- Execute installation of door assemblies and panic hardware.
- Install roofing systems and resolve common errors or failures.
- Assemble and mount cable trays, turnbuckles, and other support infrastructure according to prints.
- Cut and trim precision access holes and resolve simple errors or misalignments.
- Position auxiliary equipment such as HVAC units onto mounts using proper rigging tools; safely lift and mount equipment in non‑standard situations.
- Apply waterproofing and caulking to all exterior seams.
- Mount specialized electrical control equipment with high precision and alignment.
- Measure, cut, and precision‑bend bus bar systems to meet the design independently.
- Diagnose and resolve routine mechanical malfunctions and fabrication defects.
- Conduct quality inspections and correct non‑conformances.
- Execute complex rigging and lifting operations for multi‑ton assemblies.
- Coordinate final unit detailing and prep for shipping.
- Manage personal workflow to meet production schedules and contribute to process improvement.
- Hand tools – wrenches, screwdriver, utility knife, laser level, drill and impact, skill saw, etc.
- Overhead crane, forklift, scissor lifts, vacuum lifts, hoists for mechanical assembly and material handling.
- Proper care and storage of tools after each shift.
- May operate sand blaster.
- Maintain regular and consistent job attendance and punctuality.

Education/ExperienceHigh School Diploma plus 1–3 years of experience as a skilled laborer in heavy industrial manufacturing or construction, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Work ScheduleMust be able to work a 40‑hour work week and overtime as necessary.
