$25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience + performance bonuses

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within the first year
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Identifying effective solutions to improve system performance
• Maintaining accurate service records and following company standards
