The Project Lead
- Security Systems is a hands‑on field leadership role responsible for overseeing the installation and implementation of security systems, including:

• Card Access Systems
• CCTV/Video Surveillance
• CATV Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems

This position serves as the primary on‑site leader, supervising crew leads and technicians, coordinating with the Project Manager, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer and manufacturer specifications.

• Lead and supervise Security Systems Crew Leads and installation teams.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and project performance.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Coordinate project execution with Security Systems Project Managers.
• Complete required documentation (timesheets, work orders, change orders, material transfers, tool logs, etc.).
• Serve as the primary customer contact on‑site.
• Attend construction and facility meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
• Ensure adherence to engineered drawings, specifications, and company standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of security systems installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Card Access Systems, CCTV Systems, CATV Systems, Intrusion Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Knowledge of universal communications color codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project.
• Valid driving record meeting company standards.

USD $34.00/Hr. – USD $38.00/Hr.
