Maintenance Technician in Carey, OH

Join our production team as a Maintenance Technician and put your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to work keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. Frequent overtime, shift premium pay, and immediate openings available.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Follow all safety standards and company policies

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a similar mechanical/electrical role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics (preferred, not required)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus

• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Frequent overtime available
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
