The Ideal Craftsman Candidate Will Possess a Good Overall Knowledge of All Trades- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tile
- Electrical
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting SkillsMust be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication SkillsMust be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
