Roofer Installer​/Repair Technician

Position: Roofing Installer Foreman
Full‑Time
Primarily residential roofing (some light commercial)

Starting Pay: $25–$45 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

• Oversee and supervise a crew of roofing installers (not running the crew directly)
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards
• Perform light repairs and shingle installation as needed
• Oversee tear-offs, flashing, ventilation, and occasional light commercial projects
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with project managers and homeowners as needed
• Document job progress (photos, notes, etc.)

• 8+ years of roofing installation experience (shingle expertise required)
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to read job orders and ensure installation matches specs
• Reliable, hardworking, and respectful with customers and crew
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Required drug testing (Zero tolerance for drugs, marijuana, and alcohol, etc.)

• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and crew safety leadership
