Read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints;
Use electrical diagnostic equipment (to include digital and analog meters, and amp meters for AC/DC testing);

Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required
