GEM Facility Management, part of Rudolph Libbe Group, seeks a Facility Maintenance Associate to service the Northwest Ohio region. The MT2 role covers basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs under a manager, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 5 years of maintenance experience, and 2 years painting experience. A valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles are required.
