Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Journeyman to perform roofing and waterproofing tasks. This is a Roofers & Waterproofers Local #44 position offering full‑time hours with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain EPDM, TPO, and PVC single‑ply roofing systems.
- Work with torch‑down and built‑up roofing systems.
- Lift and shift materials weighing 50–100 lbs. on a frequent basis.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards on the job site.
- Extensive experience with EPDM, TPO, and PVC single‑ply roofing.
- Experience with torch‑down and built‑up roofing systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Full‑time hours, overtime pay, comprehensive benefits package, training program with potential advancement to foreman.
