Republic Services - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and drive-train systems;
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, diesel, and gasoline equipment such as compact/heavy equipment, light service equipment, and light trucks;
Document parts usage and labor in work orders and fleet-management software;
Read equipment condition reports and communicate defects with supervisors/operators to prevent future repairs;
Follow all safety policies and procedures and perform engine overhauls as needed
