SAM is hiring a Damage Prevention Field Technician to inspect active job sites and ensure 811 compliance while identifying and marking underground utilities. You will work in the field, coordinate with contractors and homeowners, and maintain equipment with a focus on safety and accuracy.
Requirements include a high school diploma and experience in utility location. A valid driver’s license is needed, and some familiarity with 811 laws is preferred with training provided.
