We're looking for someone who knows their way around diesel equipment, can diagnose problems, make solid repairs, and get equipment safely back on the road.
Location:
Millersburg, OH
Pay: $20–$35/hour, based on experience and ability.

- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and trailers
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and use diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
- Repair brakes, suspension, air systems, cooling systems, and other truck components
- Complete DOT-related inspections and repairs
- Identify problems before they turn into bigger repairs
- Keep accurate records of work completed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with the rest of the shop to keep equipment safe and on the road
- Previous experience working on semi-trucks and trailers or similar over-the-road equipment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using computers and diagnostic software to troubleshoot equipment
- Able to work independently and figure things out without needing constant direction
- Reliable and shows up when scheduled
- Takes pride in doing repairs correctly
- CDL is helpful, but not required
We care more about what you can actually do than having a long list of certifications.
If you're an experienced diesel mechanic who can diagnose and handle repairs independently, we'll pay accordingly. If you're newer to the field but have solid mechanical ability, we'll consider you. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Millersburg shop. We expect good work, reliability, and straightforward communication.
