Role Description The Installation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewis Center, OH. This role is responsible for installing a variety of sign and graphic products, including interior and exterior signage, banners, vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps, ensuring each project meets quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting installation plans, preparing surfaces and materials, safely operating tools and equipment, and coordinating with the production and design teams to confirm specifications.

The Installation Specialist will travel to customer locations, interact professionally with clients, and complete installations on schedule while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role also involves inspecting finished work, performing minor repairs or adjustments, and documenting installations for internal records.

Qualifications

• Experience with sign, graphics, or construction installations, including basic knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operation practices.
• Skills in reading measurements, blueprints, or layout drawings, with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to work safely at heights, on ladders or lifts, and to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning sign materials.
• Professional communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; comfort traveling to various customer sites in the local area.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in signage, construction, carpentry, or a related trade is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new installation techniques and work with evolving materials and technologies in the sign and graphics industry.
