HVAC Apprentice
$20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
Full-Time | Kalida, OH
Monday - Friday | Overtime opportunities are available

- Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs
- Learn proper HVAC tools, equipment, and service procedures
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Complete training and develop the skills needed to advance within the HVAC trade
- EPA Certification is required
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Hands-on HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
