The Opportunity:
As an integral part of an authorized Butler Builder® team, you will help deliver the industry's highest standard of structural integrity on elite Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) systems. This role offers the chance to build a long-term career in a stable, family-oriented culture that values technical precision and the grit required to execute specialized industrial projects. You will transition from simply "swinging a hammer" to mastering the assembly of complex structures that are built to last.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Assemble and install structural steel frames and components for pre-engineered metal buildings according to project specifications.
- Install wall and roof panels with high attention to detail to ensure the weatherproofing and electrical integrity of the facility.
- Operate specialized machinery, including aerial lifts and telehandlers, to facilitate safe and efficient project execution.
- Maintain a "safety first" mindset by strictly adhering to OSHA protocols and utilizing required Fall Protection equipment.
- Coordinate with team members to handle materials and maintain an organized, productive job site environment.
- Execute manual tasks across various outdoor weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards.
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive mindset toward job site safety.
- Basic math skills and the proven ability to read a tape measure with high accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain mobile (climbing, kneeling, or standing) for extended shifts.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to ensure consistent attendance at project sites.
- Ownership of basic field gear, specifically work pants and steel-toed boots.
Preferred Qualifications &
Experience:
- Prior hands-on experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpentry or construction are a plus.
- Experience or certification in operating heavy equipment such as aerial lifts or telehandlers.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

- Weekly pay cycle with eligibility for occasional overtime based on project demand.
