Help Home Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking an HVAC Service/Sales Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while identifying upgrade and replacement opportunities. You'll perform on-site troubleshooting, routine maintenance, equipment installation support, and safety checks. This role combines technical HVAC work with consultative sales, educating homeowners on options that improve comfort and efficiency. You'll document work, prepare estimates, and process service tickets.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps).
- Perform routine tune-ups, inspections, and system start-ups to prevent breakdowns.
- Support installation and replacement of HVAC equipment as needed.
- Test system performance, airflow, and safety controls; ensure code compliance.
- Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and present repair or replacement options.
- Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using company systems.
- Recommend maintenance plans, upgrades, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate daily schedule, parts, and materials with the office and dispatch team.
- Participate in ongoing technical and sales training; mentor junior technicians as skills grow.
