Plumbing Superintendent

R.T. Moore Co., Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent I to lead plumbing crews on residential and multi-family construction projects. In this field-based role, you'll coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling, ensure installations meet plans, codes, quality, and safety standards, and troubleshoot issues with GCs and trade partners. You'll read blueprints, conduct site walks, complete documentation, and mentor apprentices. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential and multi-family projects
• Plan daily work, manpower, and material needs for job sites
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and plumbing codes
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards on all projects
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to resolve issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Inspect work for quality, completeness, and adherence to schedule
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
• Track production, complete jobsite documentation, and report progress
• Support start-up, testing, and turnover of plumbing systems
