* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team for unit turns and touch-up projects in luxury apartments located in Ohio City. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting residential units, ranging from studios (380 Sq.ft.) to two-bedroom apartments (up to 1800 Sq.Ft.), and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.

* Responsibilities:
* * Perform painting and touch-up work for apartment units during turnovers

* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to painting

* Paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces

* Complete needed drywall repairs - to a top-level finish product

* Perform light maintenance in units before completing the turn

* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the company's high standards

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams

* Maintain all painting tools and equipment

* Qualifications:

* * Proven experience in residential painting, preferably in luxury apartments

* Ability to paint an entire unit, from studio to two-bedroom layouts

* Must be able to perform drywall repairs to a high quality finish

* Must have basic maintenance knowledge needed for unit turns

* Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and material usage

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Ability to work on multiple units with varying schedules

* Physical Requirements:

* * Ability to stand, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

* Capability to lift and carry painting supplies and equipment
