NCCCO CRANE OPERATOR – DIRECT HIRE

$600/DAY | 12-HOUR SHIFTS | FLUSHING, OH Direct Hire | Full-Time | NCCCO Certification Required

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and safety-focused NCCCO Certified Crane Operator for a direct-hire crane operator position in Flushing, OH.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mobile crane operator or telescopic boom crane operator looking for competitive daily pay, long-term employment, and a safety-focused industrial or construction environment.

• Safely operate designated mobile and telescopic boom cranes
• Lift, move, and position materials according to project requirements
• Operate cranes with precision to protect personnel, equipment, and property
• Read and interpret crane load charts to ensure lifts remain within capacity limits
• Execute lifts according to approved lift plans and job site requirements
• Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and other crew members
• Complete daily crane and equipment inspections
• Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly
• Properly set up, stabilize, operate, and break down crane equipment
• Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and job site procedures

• Valid NCCCO certification required
• Telescopic Boom Crane certification required
• Previous crane operating experience in construction or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of crane load charts and lifting capacities
• Knowledge of rigging practices and safe lifting procedures
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience operating multiple types of cranes
• Additional crane or industrial certifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Ability to remain alert and focused during extended shifts

• $600 per day
• 12-hour shifts
