Welding/Fabricator

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Welders/Fabricators for a custom weld shop in the Huron, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding duties MIG-TIG-STICK
• Weld steel components with welding equipment specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work orders or verbal
• Work includes set-up to fabricate parts
• Operate forklift, hoists, hand tools, slings, grinders, cutting torches
• Inspect and correct welds as needed
• Read and understand specifications, drawings & work orders
• Willingness to cross train and perform work of other job tasks

Qualifications:

• Ability to read work layouts, engineering drawings
• Pass a weld test
• Consistent previous work history
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measure

Compensation is based on experience $20 plus

Hours:

1st shift 6-4:30 M-TH Paid holidays, paid vactions, 401K match, health Ins. tool credit allowance
