We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Construction Foreman
who is responsible for performing hands-on outdoor maintenance and installation services while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

PAY: $23-$27 per hour, offer depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7 am-4 pm

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field
• Knowledge of construction practices and tools
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise outdoor construction crews and daily job-site activities
• Install and oversee drainage systems, including downspout drains, French drains, catch basins, culverts, swales, and grading
• Perform hardscape and outdoorconstruction, including retaining walls, paver patios, and other installations
• Operate and maintain equipment and hand tools safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Follow project plans and complete work efficiently and to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles
• Work effectively as part of a team while providing excellent customer service
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
