- Monroeville , OH 44847, Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Part time (30 hours a week) Flexible schedule

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with mechanics for major repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Organize and manage the inventory of tools, parts, and supplies within the garage.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the garage environment.
• Assist in scheduling and dispatching vehicles for various operational needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet transportation and equipment requirements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Proficiency in using computer-based diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
