PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading Consumer Retail Industry organization to hire an experienced Facilities Technician. If you're a skilled industrial or commercial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairs, and improving facility operations, this is your opportunity to make a daily impact in a fast-paced environment.

Urbancrest, OH | Pay: $26-$30

Days:
Sun-Tues 5AM-5PM and Wed 5AM-11

AMDays:
Wed 11A-5P and Thur-Sat 5A-5PNights:
Sun-Tues 5P-5A and Wed 5P-11PNights:
Wed 11P-5A and Thur-Sat 5P-5AWhat You'll DoPerform preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and pneumatic system issues

Read and complete work orders using a CMMS system

Maintain rack systems, guardrails, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED5+ years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or related trade experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring repairs, and carpentry

Experience safely operating hand and power tools

Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills

Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)

Preferred Qualifications Commercial facilities maintenance experience

Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching

Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally

Work in indoor/outdoor environments with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and uneven surfaces
