Location: Winesburg

Mancan is working with a company in Winesburg seeking an experienced maintenance technician. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Must be available for overtime as needed. Pay is based on experience between $25-$30 per hour. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues involving 110V, 220V, and 480V electrical systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Working knowledge of 110V, 220V, and 480V electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
Experience with welding and lathe and mill machines preferred.
