Aufgaben gehören die Erhebung von Sozialanamnesen, Beratung in sozialrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und die Vermittlung poststationärer Hilfen. Voraussetzungen sind ein abgeschlossenes Studium in sozialer Arbeit sowie idealerweise Berufserfahrung.
