Case Manager / Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist
JFSA of Cleveland is actively seeking a full-time mental health Case Manager /Therapeutic Behavior Specialist.
This position will provide a wide array of community‑based services to adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness to maintain community stability and improve quality of life.
Therapeutic Behavior Specialist assistance includes:
- Person‑centered, strengths‑based, and solution‑focused treatment planning; healthcare coordination, coping skills, and problem‑solving development; restoration of interpersonal and social skills
- Restoration of daily living skills
- Crisis prevention and amelioration
- Community resource linkage and referral, and advocacy
This is a Monday‑through‑Friday position with NO on‑call or after‑hour duties. JFSA Therapeutic Behavior Specialists maintain reasonable case numbers where the emphasis is placed on quality‑of‑life development. This job requires frequent travel to serve clients within the community residing on the Eastside of Cleveland (75‑80% local travel).
Base Pay:
From $19.23 per hour

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Human Services or a related field required.
- Maintain both a valid Ohio Driver’s License, and a driving record that meets JFSA’s insurance company standards (i.e., less than 2 incidents over a 3‑year period).
- Maintain personal auto liability insurance at the level that the Agency and the insurance carrier require.
- 1‑3 years of relevant community experience preferred but not necessary.
