Animateur Périscolaire et Extrascolaire - MAIRIE DE LA Montagne

Job Title

The city is looking for a school and extracurricular animator La Montagne, a city within a quarter hour. Located 15 minutes from Nantes and 30 minutes from the coast (6,300 inhabitants and 3.6 km²), La Montagne overlooks the south bank of the Loire. The implementation of communal public policies relies on the professional expertise of a hundred agents, an internal organization in four areas (Urban and Technical Development, Resources and Citizenship, Childhood and Youth and Animation, Culture(S) and Associative Life), and innovative management aimed at increased team involvement.

The city project mobilizes the skills of its services with the aim of renovating local democracy, engaging in voluntary ecological transition, and strengthening solidarity. The city can rely on the environment and support of Nantes Metropolis to develop while preserving its identity. The dynamism of its economic (Montagne+, shops, and city services) and associative fabrics, dense and varied, allows each inhabitant to flourish according to their choices.

Within the school and extracurricular sites of the school and the non-residential leisure center (ALSH) and under the responsibility of the site director, the school and extracurricular animator will have the following missions:

Implement animations in line with the pedagogical project:

• Ensure a welcoming and safe reception of children
• Manage its animation projects: elaboration, implementation, and evaluation, accompanied, if necessary, by the director.
• Participate actively in various pedagogical meetings

Participate in the administrative aspect of the reception:

• Know the real number of children in your group
• Take into account the PAI, implement the current recommendations
• Ensure, in conjunction with the reference, compliance with youth and sports regulations in force
• Ensure hygiene and safety rules

Animate the midday time:

• Accompany children during mealtime
• Animate animation times during the midday period
• Ensure daily communication with catering agents and ATSEMs

REQUIRED:

BAFA or equivalent

Professional knowledge:

• Sensitivity to "welcome for all"
• Knowledge of the regulations for supervised childcare centers
• PEDT of the municipality and pedagogical project of the school and extracurricular activities
• Pedagogical knowledge related to the child audience 3-12 years old
• Physical, psychological, and affective development of the child
• Techniques for animating activities with children
