Position: SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB

Duties
* You will conduct or lead command-wide inspections or other areas of responsibility.
* You will conduct command evaluations and provide technical advise or recommendations to key leadership personnel.
* You will assist in conducting equipment walk-through reviews.
* You will implement changes to existing regulations or policies concerning property accountability, maintenance and utilization procedures.
* You will conduct pre and post briefings; leads inspection teams and compiles findings/results for commander's signature. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Conduct and monitor command-wide reviews concerning supply and equipment management.
* Provide technical advice or guidance to appropriate personnel to implement recommendations based on review findings.
* Review current regulations, procedures and directives to ensure proper application.
* Investigate issues concerning lost, damaged or destroyed installation property and provides training.
* Review request for purchase or retention of equipment in excess of authorized allowances to assure all essential elements have been included as required by applicable regulation. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
