Duties As a FOREIGN MILITARY SALES ANALYST at the GS-0301-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
* Articulates LOA case issues, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
* Serves as expert in planning, programming, guidelines, processes, data visualization and reporting requirements to ensure LOAs are processed accurately and coordinated appropriately.
* Performs continuous appraisal of SC/SA objectives and goals through complex analysis requiring application of advanced analytical methods and techniques.
* Serves as an authority in SC/SA case development, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership that address complex problems, and issues that cross organizational boundaries and impact implementation and case execution.
* Prepares, coordinates, and performs a technical review of FMS and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) contractual agreements (LOAs, Amendments and Modifications) to ensure conformance to existing policies and procedures.
* Builds relationships with SC stakeholders across all SC programs and authorities in order to develop, integrate, prioritize, and report requirements to meet the needs of the SC community at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Requirements Conditions of employment

This position is telework eligible Qualifications You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
* Preparing and processing of Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and related documents for Security Cooperation (SC)/Security Assistance (SA) customers. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level. Additional information Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (VEOA):
